    Mirror Changes from Winstrol and Anavar?

    How long does it take to start to notice changes from either Winstrol or Anavar ? Assuming diet and training are obviously in check.

    I start seeing changes in about 10 days with muscle hardness and definition. We all differ so it could vary per person but by 10-14 days in you should be able to tell.
