    Steroid acne help

So I ran cyp and tbol for a few months in summer and endedup having a bad acne breakout with half of it being cystic. I got on Accutane and changed some stuff in my diet and it is about 60% cleared up. I plan to go back on when fully cleared up at a lower dose. Just curious if anyone has recommendations as to what would be better for someone who is prone to acne. I heard stuff with less dht ? any recommendations … thanks

For me it started to get annoying only when I was past the first half of the cycle, so maybe cycling for a few weeks and not months could help. It's also diet related, if my diet is bad I get them off-cycle. Other than that, alcohol based solutions for clearing skin seem to help. At least they keep the oil at minimum and the pores don't get clogged so much.

Good info there..iam not familiar with cystic, it’s usually treated by medications ..accutane had too many sides for me..gearheaded spelled out what your looking for in the thread I believe
I only get acne at start or end the hormone fluctuations cause more oils which clogs the pores..
    Good luck!

I agree with the post above^ I just found more sources that point hormone fluctations as a cause. So, splitting the dosage in more frequent pins could help as well

High dosages of vitamin B5 will help to reduce Ackni. Works well for me.
