    What doses would you suggest for a 76 kg LBM man?

    Hey!

    I'd love to hear from your about doses of a following bulking cycle: testosterone + boldenone + oxandrolone + mesterolone for a 76 kg LBM guy (this is a person which I work with, most involved of my clients). I'd also like to hear from you why the cycle is composed like that (then I'll tell you excatly why I constructed it so).

    I'll just tell you for now that he responds very badly (mentally) to nor-19 group (blood was in check, obviously). Last time when we were bulking together, he used about 700 mg of testosterone + 700 mg boldenone + 500 mg nandrolone (was scared of orals). He's about 7% of BF (DXA confirmed) now, have been gaining about 0.20 kg LBM/wk last cycle (calculated quite precisely), just passed a reverse diet phase gaining no 1 g of fat when kcals are through the roof and satisfaction & health levels are 10/10. We'd like to keep the pace.

    I'm so curious if we agree about things guys, cheers!

    LBM? I’m still trying to remember what LGBT means. I thought it was a type of semiconductor in my welder.

    Then I saw kg and I thought “shit, another metric post that I can’t follow”

    I am a less is more type of guy....

    But you seriously think a 168lb guy needs 1.9 grams a week to grow?

    I have never done anywhere near to that.

    Fuck...
    400 test and some anavar and he would be good to go.

    Or better yet...
    just feed him some more food.

    It shocks me how it has become commonplace to hear of guys and kids taking 2-3 grams of gear a week.

    The doses were based on his AAS experience and expectations. No toxicity was observed during the cycle (regular blood work was done, liver USG, heart ECG, daily blood pressure measurement). For this cycle (except for nandrolone ), a sweet compromise was definitely achieved. He is 7% after his Men's Physique contest, DXA & sensoric comparison to other athletes confirmed. I'm in a favor of high doses & high prevention. The problem with high doses is insufficient monitoring and ignorance, improper stacking!

    1.9grams of gear for 168lbs is hilariously pathetic. If he paid you to be advised for that much gear then you better update your resume occupation to Scam Artist.

    Calm down, I haven't come here to offend anyone, neither to read insults about me. Could you please explain why these doses are exaggerated in your opinion and if we'd, let's say, run half of that (as generally recommended) the rate of growth would be maintained?
