    Need help with milk thistle.

    Hey im in norway and none of that Tylers or ALA is available here

    Only milk thistle in a bottle with 60 tabs
    at a streingth of 125mg per tab


    Whats the regular doseage to be taken of milk thistle when usin oral steroid ?


    Should it be taken once a day like in morning or night or many times a day?

    Please fill me in on this stuff.

    take at lease 1000mgs a day, they come in 450mgs here I take 3 through out the day.
    They must have ala did you try a bodybuilding store, you can also order it online

    100 ALA tabs of 500mg for 15 dollars!

    Here in Norway 60 Milk Thistle tabs of 150 mg costs 60 Dollars!

    I take milk thistle along with ALA both @ 1000mg/ED, split 2x s per day.
