Olympia Off Season and Prep
Chris Bumstead
Off Season 250-500mg Test
Contest Prep
500mg Test
300mg Masteron
150mg Tren Ace
Source: Ian Vallaire (coach) interviewed by Dave Palumbo. CBum also participated in the interview but Ian did the majority of the talking.
I don't see any reason for them to lie and Chris has an autoimmune disease. Even if they are fudging the numbers it's nice to see more people being open to dialogue about gear in any capacity.
Really goes to show how far genetics can take you.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

My son idolizes him, & watches his vid's all the time. My son asks me if I believe him in what he says he is taking. I told him, yes, but sometimes people also win the genetic lottery. BTW son, you are out of luck.......
I also thought Chris seemed very uneasy the majority of the time that Ian was talking.

not sure what to believe but it does make you wonder....
supposedly Chris Bumstead, a classic physique competitor, runs just shy of a gram for contest prep....
then....
we see newbies on here running 2-3 grams of gear....
I do agree that genetics are a huge factor....
I also think that the vast majority of people run way more gear than their development warrants....

Not just a competitor, an elite one.
Clearly has .0001% genetics even without knowing dosages. Why not just hyper-respond to gear too?
This guy has it all.

My son even bought one of his "Thavage" t-shirts with the hopes of getting him to sign it at the Arnold this year, but we all know how that went....

I think pros say this stuff to acknowledge that they’re obviously on something. However they’re not going to give their real formula away, because they know kids just getting into bodybuilding are going to read it, and it’s more important to get training dialed in first, BUT if they’re going to do something just because Chris Bumstead does it at least 500mg of test isn’t going to fuck them up. Obviously the guys on here wouldn’t think much of anything regardless of what he said his cycle is, but regular people might look at a pro cycle and just think “Holy fuck he’s a science experiment” and just give up completely.
Basically telling a bunch of teenagers, hey my prep cycle is:
Test - 1500mg per week
Tren - 700mg per week
Mast - 500mg per week
Primo - 600mg per week
Winstrol - 100mg per day
Halo - 20mg per day
T4 - 150mcg per day
Insulin - 40iu per day
HGH - 6ius per day
Could be considered kind of irresponsible since you’d have a mass following of young folks throwing in everything but the kitchen sink before they’ve even built any kind of base.
Besides, what works for Cbum, you, or me, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s going to work for anyone else. You guys know how it goes.

Unless you are with them 24 hours a day 7 days a week nobody but themselves know what they take or inject. Do I believe its possible yes i do but its just not likely but it makes for a good story. Either way, guy has a great physique world class and he works for it no question there
