How much can u inject to ur delts....just asking cuz I usually do 1cc in each but wanna try 2 or atleast 1.5

I suppose it depends how big your delt is. I never go over 1.5 cc and even at that sometimes I get some swelling. Years ago I switched to quads cause of ease of access and easier to rotate injection spots

Depends on size of them. I could do 2ccs. Had buddies that could do 3ccs.
Don’t forget you can inject front side and rear.

About 2 ml is the most I've injected.

1.1 is the most I’ve gone in all delts.
As cape mentioned, front, side and rear are all separate muscles and can be injected individually. I use side and front constantly, but there’s no way in hell I am reaching my rears, and my girlfriend is leery of helping me with pins.
She got used to helping her mom with insulin injections, but something about IM freaks her out for some reason.

1.5 is most ive done i think. Went too low a few a weeks ago in my tricep, ran down my arm the pain was pretty bad and it turned red and swollen. Npp can be a bitch

I've done 3cc in my delts many, many times. They swell, yes. I've done 5x the delt shots in my life vs other muscles... So I feel I'm more adjusted to them. My delts are also massive, relative to my other muscles.

I'm not saying to do 3cc, but it's possible.

In the deltoid it is not advisable to exceed 3ml!

2-3cc is the max I will put in a delt at one time.
