    What's the longest break you've taking in between cycles cruise wise

    About to finally start my next blast and been cruising on 200 test e since October. With the whole covid thing and gyms closed i figured I'd wait until they open back up.

    I gotta say though 200 mg test a week over that time will still give you slow steady solid gains.

    What's the longest you guys cruised for in-between blasts.

    About a year on my HRT doses of 100 Test E and 100 Deca per week.

    4 months at 80-100mg/week.
    Usually lucky if I make it for 3 months.

    Lately I cruise at 200/week for 6 weeks and 80-100mg/week for 6 weeks.

    I have to get blood work done every 6 months so 3 on 3 off for me.

    I havnt really got over 100-150 mg a week for years..imo doses like that are only needed for strength or a amount of muscle that's so far past your natural limitations that it's gonna be necessary regardless..Iam 210 or so at maybe a bit higher then 10 percent and simply don't need it..I'll never be as strong as I was on a gram but Iam 40 and that ship had kinda sailed anyways..I've heard 100 parrots say it 1000 ways but start with lowest possible dose and experiment with FOOD, the most important part of the puzzle!
