Hair loss suggestions. Minoxidil opinions

Hey so don't really have that bad of hair loss maybe just some thinning during cycle but like to stay on top of it. So far been using Pura d or shampoo but want to see if there's anything better.

Def don't want to take fin. But do you guys recommend any good hair restoration shampoos or supps. Any of you guys use minoxidil? Scared to use because some guys say you need to be on it for life once you start and some say made there hair worse. Any suggestions greatly appreciated .

Hair is overrated . A buzz cut is in order. LOL
I gave up on the hair thing before AAS.

Get a subscription with the Dollar Shave Club and go bald. It's great not having hair. You don't have to worry about shampooing it. You don't have to worry about combing your hair. And chicks dig Bic'd heads.

True that.

I get guys on here getting self-conscious when their hair starts to fall out. But instead of fighting it, they should embrace it. It's totally normal for men to go bald. Besides, Stetson makes some really nice hats if they're that upset about it. It certainly beats spending $50+ a month hoping to grow fuzz (the hair doesn't even look like real hair).

Microneedling/derma rolling with minoxidil has been shown to work very well. In this study, 82% of men saw over a 50% increase in hair growth with Derma rolling and minoxidil vs only 4.5% in the minoxidil only group.

I just bought a Dr. Pen off of Amazon which is a powered Derma pen for microneedling. Supposedly, causing micro abrasions to the skin between 1-1.5 mm induces growth factors that leads to increased hair growth. The recommended frequency of administration is once a week, followed by 24 hours of no minoxidil.
