Next long cycle and blood work. Any suggestions ?
After a few learning cycle and fixing diet training etc. I have been cruising/cutting since April, gone down from 205 to 169 currently and sub 15%. Next goal is to clean bulk this time and put on some mass. I know the old school /test/deca /npp is good. Dont wanna end up with a libido issue or deca dick. What would yall suggest ?
PS I do have other compounds available too.
Thanks

Deca dick and libido are not always the case, same with “roid rage ” and tren .
You’re going to get the diet is everything from anyone that knows a thing or two. Yes, some compounds are more wet and others more “dry” and with 19 nors you need to be mindful of prolactin but no different than being mindful of estrogen whilst running Test (your estrogen looks high by the way on those labs. I’m sure you’re managing it).
If you run deca or tren, I would add Masteron and have your heavy guns on hand. You could run EQ, primo or DHB.
The combos are endless. The classics are classics for a reason. Guys will give you both ends of the spectrum, it’s like reading reviews on a product on amazon. Some love it and some hate it, you don’t know until you find out for yourself.
Find a way to manage and mitigate sides and keep your diet well above surplus while not eating like a sloppy pig. It’s not that complicated in the end.
Eat, lift, sleep and repeat.

Your liver enzymes are pretty shabby. Did your run heavy doses of C-17aa for a long time?
You could stand to bring up your HDL, Slo-niacin could help there, although if your cruising @ a heavy-ish dose that can blunt HDL.
Your RDW is high. Did you donate a double red recently?
You platelets are high. When your other labs values are more in line, you could really help someone by donating platelets.
What AAS were you running or were still affecting your labs? There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Yh There's a few things that need addressing before you start your next cycle. You need to get some more blood tests
creatine kinase
Gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT)
This will determine weather your out of range AST, ALT, granulocytes and lymphocytes are related to overtraining or liver stress. I'd also recommend donating blood as your platelet count is elevated. Last but not least would be get E2 in check.

I didn't recommend donating whole blood due to his HCT reference range of 43-60 ( an odd range). I'm used to seeing 51% as an upper limit) and his HCT is 50.7, which is mid-range of his reference range.
Agree he could donate platelets only. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

I would think about taking a statin for your cholesterol. It might help with lowering your platlet count too.

AST/ALT values are health skewed on muscle bound guys as well. Muscle that is continuously broken down is excreted through the liver and can alter these values. Mine have been continually out of range for years and have never given my clinician cause for concern. I’ve probably been examined more in the last 18 months than anyone on this forum.
The orals and diet certainly aren’t helping as well, but wanted to add that anecdotal component about muscle protein and AST:ALT values

Although this is correct some of his white blood cells are also out of range which could indicate again as rightly said by yourself muscle breakdown, especially with the elevated AST and ALT and getting ck and GGT checked would confirm this but also could mean some sort of immune system response to a virus or infection (doubtful).
