Safe Cycle
Hello Every one
am planning on doing safe cycle i need you opinion and advice please.... my goal is to lose fat and gain lean muscle my height 160 and weight is 80 Kg 28% body fat
20 Clenbuterol 3 days on 3 days off i could increase it to 40
40 mg Anavar
4 Ui HGH

In 8 weeks of planning you probably should know that you need PCT. is this your first cycle?

28% bodyfat is a no go for cycling id suggest a diet plan and beginning training program to get you started otherwise this useless cycle will be absolutely...useless

You need to diet down to about 15 per cent before you cycle.
You could use t3 and clen to speed up the process. 20mcg of clen won't put you there, you'd need to run 100mcg to get the side effect of a faster heartbeat to speed up your metabolism. To me, that's not exactly safe though and I will never run it again

I am not here to beat up anyone, but this cycle is totally out there.
A few things catch my attention, the cycle and the body fat. It’s not 20 or 30, but 28 exactly.
First off, there is no such thing as a safe cycle. You run a risk with any cycle. It will screw with your hormones and cholesterol, heart, blood pressure, etc. Everyone is different and then same cycle may have different sides depending on the person.
I will give you some ground rules that I recommend. There are other ways, and no one way is wrong however I will supply the reasoning behind it.
1) you should always have a testosterone base cycle. Any AAS will stop the production of natural testosterone. That is not good.
2) there is no magical pill or AAS. The main element whether natural or enhanced is your diet. Sorry to burst your bubble. I am not quite sure what an 80% diet is other than trying to say that you only go to McDonald’s 20% of the time for nutrition.
3) I would know what your cholesterol and blood pressure are prior to cycling. It will get worse on cycle. I am a little concerned about your weight. And health cycling. I will be honest that I have known people obese and with high BP and/or cholesterol that have cycled, however the risk of something bad increases. You wanted something “safe”.
I recommend that you get your weight in check prior to cycling, but that is me.
You make the decision, I am just trying to provide additional information so that you can at least make an educated one.

I respectfully disagree. He is overweight and probably has high BP and you are telling him to use stimulants which will increase his heart rate, BP and may result in atrial fibrillation.
The problem with atrial fibrillation is you don’t necessarily know you have it, however it can result in a heart attack. The only way of knowing is an EKG.

Get your diet right and lose some weight naturally. Lean out and if you are set on doing a cycle, do a proper one with or only with T.
No such thing as any safe cycle. Also your risk is, very-generally-speaking, proportional to the extent of the results you will see.

I advised him to only use T3 as the Clen isn't exactly safe.
