Need help with dosages

I have
3 bottles of T400
2 bottles NPP
And 150 Tbol tabs 25mg each tab
I want to do a 3month cycle could I get some advice with setting up dosage and injection schedule please.

T400 I assume is 400mg of test E per ml, so that's 4000mg per bottle x 3 = 12000mg.
You could run maybe 700mg per week for 12 weeks. That would be 8400mg in total.

2 bottles of NPP at 1000mg per bottle = 2000mg

You could add in 400mg of NPP for 5 of those weeks maybe in the middle and try some Tbol in for the first 4 weeks.
