What where your plans when you started this?
I would drop the tren now
As for as the testosterone do you want to run it for the rest of your life?
If you dont do a pct and get blood work done around 6 weeks after completion.
If you plan on running testosterone for life i would lower my dose to 150mg a week and get blood work done 6 weeks after.
Also at 6’ and only 166Lbs on test and tren! Do you eat?

I would recommend finding an HRT specialist in your area. I would persuade you to talk to your doctor about testosterone replacement therapy. Yes you need bloodwork, and a PCT. It may help you recover, it may not. Worth a shot. I also would not recommend any more cycles or anabolic steroids until you have researched enough to learn how to do a proper cycle. There is tons of information here, and knowledgeable members that have been doing this for years at your convenience. Welcome to the forum...

Yes you should get bloodwork

Just telling us how much oil you inject doesn't tell us how much of those steroids you're injecting. So we can't tell you if it's too much or not. And this also depends on your goals.
How long did you plan your cycle for? You should go with 2 weeks after the last day you last pin to start your PCT.
Look up PCTs and start making a plan (and you probably should avoid nolva).
At 166lbs and 6' tall, you shouldn't be doing steroid cycles, much less HGH.
My suggestion to you is get off this stuff and go find an endocrinologist that specializes in HRT or an anti-aging clinic, if you want to keep using steroids indefinitely. You might want to first talk to your regular physician and get a referral so that your insurance will cover it (if it is covered). If you feel confident in your primary doctor's ability to administer HRT to you and he's willing, then you might want to go through him.
If you want to do the HRT thing, you'll probably have to get off the gear first. I don't know too many doctors willing to treat somebody who is already on steroids. In fact, I've had doctors tell me to my face that if I was running gear that he didn't prescribe, he would stop treating me. Which meant I had to plan my blasts around when I thought he was going to order blood work.
