    My blood panel

    Am 50, 5'7" 170 fit and train
Had some bowl work done last summer, may mess some numbers up, maybe. Am I good to go for a first Test C cycle or is there anything that should be looked at besides that one high flag? Thanks. Looks like my T is shit?

This is hard to read. Post it in a more readable format or post only the relevant things... We don't need to know everything if it's within normal range and the things we need are your total test/free test/estradiol/shbg/etc.

If you're 50 and have low T, why bother cycling? It's not like you'll keep any of it once you come off.

that was the problem trying to make sure that he includes everything, thats all I got and he wont do another soon, was difficult to get this one , the free test is listed, yeah the format sucks, its how this board pastes it for some reason. The testosterone posted is free test I think. Yes I will likely stay on if there isnt any issues on my first cycle. Everything is normal except tryglycerides ,but there is a note that it was a non fastened test for it and is incorrect #

You don't really need to know the other numbers at your age, they're just good to know before you start TRT in case you ever want to get off in order to verify your baseline. If your free T and total T are low and your estrogen is within the normal range (not high), then you should be good to go. As always, start with a very moderate cycle dose 400-500 mg/week and go from there.

I dont know about my estrogen, it seems to have not been included in this large panel. Basically feel OK, am active, work out, am strong, but fatigue quuickly and feel like shit on many days and dont sleep well anymore. When I am active I am strong and feel good, but have low motivation for anything, which got me into looking at testosterone levels and injections or doing higher 500mg doses and going forward. My nutrition is logged daily and is respectable and clean. In home gym 5 days and daily cardio.

Well, TRT and a cycle are different things and you will feel differently on each one. It's up to you whether you start with a cycle>TRT or TRT>cycle... eventually you'll know how both feel and what you prefer. When I'm on a cycle, I neglect basically every other interest I have other than lifting. When I'm on TRT, I still work out the same but I am calmer, feel more mental clarity, can enjoy my other hobbies more, etc. On cycle I'm more hyped up, aggressive, and angry. I get irritated easily and I don't like being around people.

I want /need to push through to another level now, so am thinking doing a 12 week Test at 4-500 and see how that goes. Then TRT. I can then do another 12 weeks way later in the year and maybe add a little xtra gear on top?

That's basically what I did. Except I started with the intention of TRT and slowly increased the dose up to around 800 mg by week 9. More is not better. At a certain dosage and after a certain time you start feeling lethargic, you can't sleep, you start getting edema in the legs/arms, cramps, harder to breathe, blood pressure is high, etc. Keep track of your blood pressure throughout your cycle. Buy an at home monitor if you don't have one. If you see consistently high numbers, dial it back or change the routine.

yup have a monitor and reads pretty normal most of the time, check it religiously. I dont see anything on my panel that would give me second thoughts on starting at 12 week test. I still havent pulled the trigger on the order, wanted to wait till blood work cleared me. thanks for your inputs so far

If I'm reading it correctly your total T is around 175 ng/dl after conversion from nmol/l. If that's correct you should skip cycling right now and find a good TRT doctor and get examined for possible replacement. Hell, TRT would be like a cycle for you right now.

I am wayyy far away from any such DR and clinics, its not an option at all unfortunately. I am gonna have to do this myself and/or with help from you guys. If I did go on a 12 weeker should I drop the dosage from the usual 4-500 and see how I do and react?

Edit to add: monitor blood work DURING in addition to pre and post. If you start trt, plan on every 3 months until you get doses lined up.
Ill see if that is an option for me. I live far away from any dedicated labs. It has to be done online somehow and the nearest hospital for bloodwork. I had to get a virtual DR to get this requisition. I think any further work in the near future will be super difficult.
