How long for tingling nipples to go down?
Hey guys. I’m dealing with a moderately recurring issue. That when on a cycle after several weeks maintaining the same .5mg Adex dosage I start to get some tingling nipples and mild fluid retention. Not much you can see but bothersome. I took an extra dose of adex and it crashed my sex drive. Tingling nipples still here. I’ve always been impatient so maybe I need to give it a few days?
Last time I had to do a dosage of 1mg exemestane every other day for 6 days to clear it up fully. Crashes my sex drive terribly. So hate to do that.
Im happy to wait it out. Just frustrated once again I’m see sawing between nipple issues and balancing my sex drive.

TLDR; please stop "eating" AI as candy, give it time. Little tingling should go away.

Utilize a SERM, such as tamoxifen to counter such issues going forward. Blocking estrogen likely to produce less side effects vs inhibiting estrogen. Feel better!
