Could Nandrolone aid in disc herniation?
Could Nandrolone added to TRT at a low dose help prevent against muscle spasm flare ups due to lumbar herniated disc? Would it have a benefit lubricating the spine? Iv had herniations in the L4-L5/ L5-S1 disc for nearly a decade now and every few months I will move in a way where I get a sharp pain then I'm in pain from anywhere from 4 days to, in rare cases, as much as 7 weeks before it fully goes away. Although even when it lingers I can usually start to train again after about a week. The pain is basically an extreme tightness and muscle spasm type. Usually the first 1-3 days is pure hell trying to move around much worse in the morning.

This study on arthritic women with spinal problems showed improvements in some areas of the back, but not the lumbar region. I say it’s worth a try. Beware that there are equal studies showing a detrimental effect of nandrolone , in particular, on cardiovascular health (negative impact on endothelium). Not sure at what doses it would be more harmful than beneficial. I would run it maybe during just the cycle, personally.
