Post high levels on 200 mg /ml each week

not sure what i think of this, but total test is usually between 700-800. free test is never higher than 200. rest of blood work is in good range. why is my free so high? i feel great. no issues but it caught me off guard. anybody have any idea what could cause this? my total from my test today is 1307 ng/dl total and my free is 337.4 pg/ml. my previous 6 months ago was 778 total and 167.1. free. i do take 9 mg of boron per day to increase free, but no way that causes this increase. should i be worried or happy? yes i feel fine and great.

Range for Free T would help as would SHBG level.

    Hey Zander,
I'd say be happy. I am prescribed the same amount of Test as you, and from my BW last week my numbers were
    Test 1476
    SHBG 22.1
    Calc Free T 462.4
    Estradiol 79.3
My free may be high because of my sort of low SHBG, since my free T doesn't have much to loosely bind with. Not sure if that is a problem or not, but after sitting with my doc and talking about my numbers, he didn't seem alarmed, he just suggested I maybe lower my dose a bit. And I even missed pinning the day before(I pin every day about 25mg) my BW because the BW before this I was at
1586/500. I feel great as well, and if my doc isn't worried, neither am I. As long as your ALT, AST, cholesterol, Hct, and eGFR numbers as sorta in range, enjoy. Set up a spreadsheet to keep track of your numbers over the years, as you may have different labs with different histories. You can spot trends at a glance.
    Good luck man.
