Hand pain after deca cycle
Hey all,
My stats are 38 years old about 15 cycles 183 pounds and 6 feet tall.
I just finished up a deca cycle with only a little bit of test. I checked my blood work at the end of the cycle and as expected test and oestrogen were very low.
I was doing some PCT but I think my Clomid was not good or not effective because I did my blood work a month later and my levels were only coming back very very slowly.
Anyways I have severe hand pain that crept up on me on both hands. I was worried it was from a testosterone deficiency for so long so I did a shot of propionate and the pain went away within 24 hours.
Anyone have experience with something like this?
My only strategy is to go for heavy PCT with hCG Arimidex and Clomid to try and get my levels back to normal. But the hand pain is pretty harsh.. I can barely sleep.
Thanks and I love this community! Great the have this resource.

I’ve never cycled off completely as im on self-prescribed TRT, but the only time I experienced joint pains in my hands and elbows, other than from injury, was when I ran too much arimidex.
It could also be that the deca was masking some repetitive motion injuries since you were probably lifting more and harder on cycle than before. I think most anabolic steroids in general have an anti-inflammatory effect on joints, except for a couple like Winstrol . Lowered estrogen can lead to joint pain, and since you’re not giving your body any exogenous test, there is less conversion to estrogen. I think it will resolve itself with time.

Thanks for the response. I’m not totally convinced it’s an injury because my whole forearms and hands and fingers are on fire and ache like crazy.
I think it’s unlikely that I damaged every single one of those muscles or ligaments.
I am considering something like carpal tunnel syndrome.
Anyone else with similar experience would be helpful
