Estrogen when do you know its time for an AI?
Can somebody please explain to me how you know when it's time to lower estrogen? I get my estradiol checked and it's at the top of the range. I feel great. Never had any sides that I'm aware of.
How high can estradiol be before it should be addressed with something like an AI? Is it based on a number or symptoms? What would be the number and/or symptoms to be aware of?
Thanks!

I only go with symptoms, often times I feel great when my numbers are well above range.
For me, it’s usually holding too much water and edema that gets me. Moon face, swollen cankles, chubby fingers. ED is another symptom for me as well and overly emotional. Those personally are my hallmark’s.
I tend to do just fine when I’m even double the of them range which is why I started listening to my body and avoiding the numbers. Also running masteron and proviron has helped keep me in check and mostly avoiding needing an AI ever

Water retention, higher blood pressure, restlessness, etc. These are the most common signs, some guys are more resistant! As much as you can get away with high E2, it's worth keeping it closer to the reference range 30.11 pg/mL
