    Clen

Having never used clen it has been recommended by many in a pre contest prep in regards to helping shed some fat, is this an affective enough compound to add? I hate to spend money on something that is not really a noticeable advantage

Many say he doesn't do anything if he doesn't have body fat in the 10% range. I've never tried it but some guys use clen with t3 and it seems to melt body fat much faster.

The sides kinda suck but it works. Tremors, and difficulty sleeping are the bad ones. But also Really noticed Impaired cardio when on the treadmill for sprint intervals which sucks when trying to cut.

And like davimeireles mentioned, the lower the starting BF the better your results. T3 will be great to stack along with it. But I’m sure you know to be careful with catabolism when using the t3 in addition.

May want to look into zaditen so you can stay on Clen for longer term to keep the efficacy going. It will also help with the sleeplessness.

Everybody is different but clean certainly works. ECA stacks work a little better for me but I do like the results Clen gives. Some may say salbutamol would do the job with less sides but doesn’t do as much as Clen does for me. Hope some of that helps

Thanks for the feedback Brother, I’m 7 weeks out from a contest and fairly lean I’m taking 50 mcg of T3 daily I’m curious is to what a regimen of clen looks like as far as what is a moderate amount to take daily?

I usually start clen at 40mcg split dose but you can certainly up to as much as 80 or even 100mcg depending on your side tolerance. This is mainly due to your receptors getting fried over time. That’s where you’ll see people saying 2 weeks on/two weeks off. The higher the dose obviously the sides will be more prominent. That’s where zaditen comes in to play.

Zaditen is an antihistamine that will wipe your receptors to keep the efficacy of clen going without having to take time off of it and/or increase dosage. Not all antihistamines will do this, it’s my understanding that zaditen is the only one to do so.

As to your question for moderate dose, 60mcg in split dose should do the trick.

If you can’t pick up zaditen then you’ll have to titrate dosage up over 2 weeks from 40mcg to as much as 100mcg then 2 weeks off - rinse and repeat. But as with everything, everyone is different.
