    Need help with blood result

    I'm 7 weeks into my test-e cycle taking 500mg per week. Took a blood test in week 6 here are my results.


    TSH 5,60 mU/L - reference range 0,27 - 4,20
    FT4 14,1 pmol/L - reference range 11,0 - 24,0

    FSH <1,0 U/L - reference range 1,5 - 12,4
    LH <1,0 U/L - reference range 1,7 - 8,6
    Estrogen 27 ng/L - reference range <43
    Progesteron 0,5 µg/L - reference range <0,2
    Prolactine 66,4 µg/L - normal range 4,0 - 15,2 < !! (prolactin too high?)

    Testosterone >52,00 nmol/L - reference range 8,64 - 29,00 <
    SHBG 9,8 nmol/L - reference range 18,3 - 54,1 < (is this normal to be so low?)
    Free Testosterone >1,943 nmol/L - reference range 0,198 - 0,619


    Cholesterol Total 166 mg/dL - reference range <190
    HDL-cholesterol 31 mg/dL - reference range >41
    Non-HDL-cholesterol 135 mg/dL - reference range <131
    Ratio tot.chol./HDL-chol. 5,35 mg/mg - reference range <5,00
    LDL-cholesterol berekend 121 mg/dL - reference range <115
    Triglycerides 69 mg/dL - reference range <150

    DHEA-sulfate 234,0 µg/dL - reference range 160,0 - 449,0 <

    Prolactin looks super elevated. Almost 4x the reference. Not taking any deca or tren . Using test-e from sp labs.

    My SHBG typically runs low end of the range on prescribed TRT.. It's kind of an advantage as your free T will usually be higher with low SHBG.
    ALT and AST can easily be attributed bro heavy exercise.

    LDL and HDL will probably improve off cycle. They aren't terrible now, by any means since your running a cycle.

    I would suggest once you are off cycle, completed PCT, etc. and things are stabilized that you pull the same labwork to get a good normal baseline.

    What worries me is the prolactin level that is sky high.
