Week 7 blood work attachments - Ultrasensitive Estradiol Question

These results are on week 7 of a 12 week 500mg/week test only cycle. I'm running the "My first cycle" thread with no AI. I'm curious if I should add an AI because of my Estradiol, Ultrasensitive number. Off cycle I'm usually really tired (with test at 509 on the attachments). Now I feel less tired, but not super energetic, but I don't have any symptoms. So If I'm going off feeling only then I guess I'd leave it alone and continue as is. Any thoughts? I'm 42 and this is my fourth time doing this cycle, once each of the last 3 summers and another a few years prior. This is also my first time doing bloodwork.

You're blessed brother, thanks for sharing! Agree you have little to no reason to utilize and AI.

Thanks for looking. I appreciate it. I just did some reading on donating.....now I realize why everyone thought I was sunburned at the pool this weekend.

Are you taking finasteride or dutasteride? It's hard to imagine a DHT that low with T that high otherwise.

I'm using Dutasteride. I wanted to see the difference in DHT off and on test. The result was still quite low so I'm happy with it.

How are you dosing, .5mg a couple times per week?

I'm taking the Dutasteride at 0.5mg/day for about 4 years. I was using Finasteride at 1mg/day for about 15 years before switching to Dutasteride. Relatively no sides with either.

885 Free Test! I’d be stoked with those numbers, I’ve run my E2 much higher with Little to no sides. I don’t see any reason In cutting gains short w/an AI if its not causing issues.

If it were me the only thing I would work on would be the glucose if that is truly a fasted metric. Great bloods IMO
