    I need help planning a cycle

    Here's the deal guys, im looking to gain a solid 10-15 pounds of muscle mass during an 8 to 10 week cycle but im also looking to cut my body fat by about 4 to 6%. My bodyfat is at about 14 or 15% right now but im looking to get under 10 if possible. Anyone have any solid ideas.

    Well dropping 6% body is asking for alot in 8-10 weeks that is strictly diet, Work on that first before you use the roids and bulk up gaining unnessecary fat.

    choose one goal or the other, it will be much more productive that way.
