    Starting cruise, thoughts?

Going to start my cruise but wanted to ask you guys if there is anything concerning with my most recent bloodwork before I start.

The only obvious area of concern is my prolactin which has always been a problem, and is always up and down whether I'm on/off cycle or on my script levels of TRT:

    April 2021
    Prolactin 114.6
    Prolactin Monomeric 7.3

    January 2022
    Prolactin 96.5
    Prolactin Monomeric 6.0

    October 2022
    Prolactin 167.9
    Prolactin Monomeric 9.4

I did come off cycle in August, was running test/tren /mast so not sure if my levels are still elevated from that still, but regardless it's always been high. Now one thing my Endo says is the prolactin levels aren't concerning, it's the microprolactin(prolactin monomeric) that I need to worry about.

So wanted to pick your brain on upping my test from 100mg/ml per week to 200mg/ml per week and add 100mg/ml of deca .

Do you think upping my test and adding the deca will have any adverse effects on Prolactin or other markers from my bloodwork?

I personally would not do anything to potentially elevate prolactin (like running a 19-nor) at this time. You can add vitamin E and P5P, they should help nudge your prolactin down. Keep everything the same and retest in 60 days.

Oh, google is your friend on the dosages of Vitamin E and P5P, though I don't think it is much of either.

Problem is I can't get tested again for another 6 months. I'm in Canada and can't get independent testing, only through my Dr.

Will give those a try in the meantime... I've also read that high doses of vitamin B6 also helps. Have you had any experience with that and what were your results?

P5P is the version of B6 that you want. With this form, you do not need high doses. Google that, because i think there a issues associated with too much B6. I don't have any personal experience with prolactin issues.

Thanks for the help, much appreciated! Read up on high doses B6 and are right, it causes some sort of nerve issues with high long term doses so P5P sounds like the way to go, along with vitamin E and SAM-e.

    Will give these a try.

What province are you in? I'm in BC and can get tested as often as I want for what I want through a naturopath.
