Less than 400mg deca per week. any changes in physical performance?

With regard to physical performance like running, what difference will 268g of Deca per week make? and at what dose of deca should i start including an anti prolactin ancillary like caber, or pramipexole?

Also, at what dose of testosterone is and anti estrogen typically needed?

i dont have reliable anti estrogens and anti prolactins at the moment.

This varies from person to person. Some need anti estrogen at 500mg or less, some dont need it even at 1 gram / wk. You need to do bloodwork to see how your body reacts to your dosages

Make that 268mg, not 268g. I've run Deca @ 200mg and tren ace @ 200mg at the same time alongside 250 mg of test and had no problems.

Aromatase inhibitor usage and dopamine agonist will vary greatly from one person to the other. With that in mind, I had Dostinex on hand and aromatase inhibitor on hand before I ever started the cycle.

Pharma ancillaries are relatively easy to find.

Regarding physical performance, low dose Deca has never caused me any problems, but other than decreased "old man" aches and pains, it didn't increase my lifting capacity either.

I have run Deca at 300 mg a week and got some decent affect as far as less aches and pains and a little more strength and size but nothing major and for me personally 500mg is the threshold for which I need an anti estrogen on test but I think that’s individual based

ha, mg i meant. What about anti depressents (for anxiety, OCD, and PE)in combo with AAS? i really like the antidepressents. I'm so much more chill. i'm currently on a script of paroxetine. i read that antidepresents have a relationship to gyno. Also, through my regular doc, i was prescribed flowmax, doxy, and ciprofloxacin. i think FLOMAX is cause of a gyno flare up. i dropped flowmax. I dont know; last couple of years i have had bad luck with pharma grade ancillaries. all the antibiotics were from bacterial prostatitis. that is clearing up nice. a lot of stuff going on i know.

i'm going to see how 268mg per week of deca and 180mg of test goes. 180mg per week of test is what i run year round. i had to think about it for a minute. previous posts were off. it's 180mg / week. I'll pay for bloods. i've just been cheap and not cycling, but i want to cycle big on this next go round. i dont think the test i have is high quality, but we shall see.

Sorry, man, but I'm not the guy to guide you on antidepressants. If I had experience, I would share what I know, but I just don't have the knowledge to share in that area.

The only thing I can mention is one of the guys I worked with in the past experienced priapism and I'm almost positive he was on paroxetine. He ended up in the ER and they drained blood from his penis. He hadn't been on that med but a few weeks when it hit. He was on a cycle of 500mg of cyp/week.

Anyway, that's a conversation you might want to have with your Dr.?

I've had a bout with prostatitis once, and once was enough. Was on the same antibiotics, doxycycline and Cipro.

What kind of results did you see with the test/deca/tren combo?

It worked out nicely for an old man. I timed it to coincide with a dive into the 20 rep squat program. The goal at the time was strengthening and improving squat and improving my cardiovascular strength.

Basically 20 reps with a dry bar, 20 reps with a plate per side, 2 plates per side, 3 plates/side, ( occasionally 2 sets @ 3 plates/ side), then drop back to 2 plates/side , then a plate/ side. These were all a modification of breathing reps...unrack, step into position, grab a few deep breaths, brace, knock off 3-4 reps, grab a few more breaths, re-brace, knock off a few more, lather, rinse, and repeat until I got my 20 reps for the weight I had on the bar.

I have a string of heart problems caused by viral myocarditis back in '06/'07, so I didn't want to delve into a heavy cycle.

Anyway, it worked out nicely. My conditioning improved, picked up some decent LBM, and my old joints didn't give me grief.

I had some C-spine a while back and I plan to do something very similar soon. My neurosurgeon cleared me for squats again, but I may use my 45° leg press instead of squatting. I'm undecided right now.

So, in a nutshell, the test/tren /deca experience was one I liked well enough to repeat. The dosages weren't heavy, the sides were minimal, and I got the results I wanted.

What's your deca dosed at that you can measure out 268mg of it? Just do something easy to measure like 300mg or like 250mg (if the deca is dosed at 300mg/ml that 250mg comes out to 8 and a half dashes on the syringe (.83ml).

I also really wouldn't bother with caber or anything. You'd be better off stacking in there a DHT steroid .

And as far as antidepressants go, I think information on how it interacts with the body and causes gyno and other ED problems is kind of lacking on here. If you want to give yourself a little research project. Go look up the biodata on paroxetine and flomax and try to find out how the chemistry and interaction with the body causes those problems. If anything you'll know how it works and you can figure workarounds for yourself.

200mg / ml, Honkey. like masteron ? got some of that. will it help with physical endurance? i dont have to worry about the anti depressent causing ED. i'm taking cialis. the antidepressent delays ejaculation considerably. that's why i'm taking it. ... on first google search, there's a report that says E2 is increased E2, decreased LH, and FSH significantly. that study was for posst menopausal women though. i need to test E2, and testosterone . and after a little more browsing i see a refrence to E2 again. Masteron. my ancillaries are such trash

rats, i've only got slightly under 10ML of masteron. anybody know anything about valient pharmaceuticals? that's what i got. it's about 3 years old. should still be good. it's not the "valeant" from canada.

Masteron can work, but I wouldn't do that or winny for that long of a time. I'd say something mild like proviron might be an option. I do know there are guys on here who talk about taking it everyday. I can't remember which threads it was said in, but it'd be worth looking up. The proviron should also help with E2. 25mg is probably all that you'll need a day.

if your gear is dosed at 200mg/ml then just keep it simple and in increments of 50mg. You're never going to accurately draw 268mg worth of gear up.

As far as your bloodwork goes, that shit gets expensive. I know you're being paranoid, but once you get your blood level stable save yourself some money and test less frequently. You should also test your CBC.

had a CBC done May 3rd. everything is in range, but on the higher end-even my hematocrit. hematocrit is almost out of range at 50.3% i need to donate blood. what could be messed up in all that besides my hematocrit? i like to be proactive.

how long would you suggest i use masteron and at what minimal dose to see a performance boost? it's enanthate . 200mg/cc i'm seeing different things on google. 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 15 weeks

and i think i'm going to buy 3cc syringes. i had 5, but that doesnt seem necessary. i've never needed to go above 2cc

Well are you going to run a cycle? Or are you going to run this stuff all the time. I would only run it for 8 weeks at the end of a cut. I've never used enanthate though.

But yeah I'd get the rbc and also the size and shape of those red blood cells. Making donations when you can will keep you feeling good.

This for sure. I can tell when I need to donate just by my breathing lol! Blood donation is one of the least talked about but best bang for the buck practices when dealing with TRT / AAS... it is free, you feel better, and you can be that annoying prick that is all like "well, I donate regularly, but I understand if you are scared of needles and don't want to help others"

I like masteron. That said, it can do a number on lipids, hematocrit, rbc. But that mental feel!

In other words, maybe donate BEFORE you start mast.

Exact ratios of test to mast are a matter of personal preference. Yes, I know what science says, but you have people that like 1 to 1, 2 to 1, or even 1 to 2, test to mast.

In other words, determine your goal, figure out your compounds, then make an educated guess as to how masteron can help.

If you decide mast fits, I would say start low, like 1 part mast to 2 parts test. BTW, even at that low of a dose, it did a number on my estrogen. It combined with 25 mg per day of provrion, had my E2 at like 4. So, at least for me, the idea that masteron doesn't directly act as an ai appears false. Blood work posted in the HRT section for doubters.

Maybe start with masteron p if you can get some. The enanthate I had hung around in bloods for a few weeks after discontinuing. Also supported with blood work, also posted in HRT section.

But man, the mental feel and the vascularity... man, that's good stuff.

a couple of other tests were ran. apparently the size differences of my blood cells were out of range-my RDW-SD. doc didn’t go further into that. why? is it possibly related to the bacterial prostatitis i had?

on my next donation i join the gallon club and i get a t shirt or something
