Do you need to slowly introduce your body to Test E

Hello. I never did a cycle.

My first cycle would be Test E i guess but i dont know if it would be smart to just start with 400mg a week and instead do 250mg.
At the moment im not going to start my cycle soon because i dont even have a source (Germany/Czech Republic) so i just wanted to ask if you need to start slowly to prepare your body to the amounts of testosterone to make the chances of negative effects on your body less impactful.

    Thank you!

Did you happen to read the sticky here for first time cycles?

Thank you for reminding me of the "first cycle post" again. I got hooked at the "Blood Work" section and didnt continue reading the post as i just noticed. I got too invested in the previous segments.
My questions were awnsered with reading the post again.

1st cycle will alway get you your best results, thus a moderate dose (300 mg/week) will do nicely.

Kudos on doing your research; but so you know: at your age and with your experience aas is at least a few years away.

To answer your question, no you don't have to titrate up your dose of test E. The longer ester sort of automatically does that for you with it's fat:water solubility ratio.
