    Best cycle for healing injury

    Hi all,

I have a year long lingering bicep tendonitis injury in my shoulder. It is not torn but I have tendonitis. I have been going to rehab and it is slowly getting better but I woke up a few days ago and it feels worse than it has in a while.

What is the best cycle for healing this?

    1. HGH
    2. TB-500 only
    3. BPC-157 only
    4. TB-500 and BPC-157 combined?

    5. All of the above

None of it is miraculous though, so temper your expectations.

Have you tried giving your bicep some rest (this sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how many people will "work through" injuries)? Corticosteroid injections? There are also a ton of compression braces on Amazon for your shoulder that might give you relief and promote healing. And has your physical therapist ever try "dry needling" the tendon?
