cutting with test enant

My friend wants to start a cuttingf cycle looking like this:

weeks 1-8 500mg test enant
weeks 1-8 150mg win eod

He´s 215 lbs, 14,8% BF.

What do you guys think?

If he has ANY estrogenic sides from the test it's going to limit the fat that he is able to cut out. Short esters like suspension and prop are more suited for cutting because they leave the system faster. Prop doesn't cause me to flare up nearly as bad as Enanthate .

Winny at 150mg's EOD is kind of a waste. Have him consider doing 50mg's ED. Is this oral or depot?

Make sure IF he is dead set on running Enanthate that he should be doing something like arimidex at .5 to 1mg per day for the duration. Then to hop on clomid and nolvadex post cycle. Since this is 8 weeks long it would be good to get some HCG as well for recovery of the "raisin nuts syndrome" that test is so notorious for causing.

I dont think 8 wks is long enough for enan, more like 12 IMO. As for the winny i would run it the last 6 wks or so of the test at 50mg/ed at most if hes never used it b4.

Diet is going to be key.

Yes it can be done, but strict diet is a must, and watch your sodium intake.

Your better off doing prop, way better, but never the less it can be done.

I dont think that 1mg of arimadex is necessary, i think .25 will suit you just fine.

It isn't hard to cut with a long ester just take a good anti-e and make sure your diet and cardio are on. I agree with Skii that eight weeks isn't enough why doesn't he run the enanthate for 12 weeks and the winny weeks 8-14 at 75mg ED.

I wouldnt run winny that long at that dose, even 75mg ED for 8wks unless youve done it a few times and know what your doing (sounds like he dont from choice of cycle though)

A better idea...

1-10or12 500 test enanthate + 75mg Tren ED or 40mg Var ED
1-15 25mg aromasin E3D + 5-10mg Nolva ED
