Massive weight loss since I stopped blasting and only doing trt.

5'10 and 33 years old. Been blasting and cruising for some time and used to cruise on 200 mgs test. I was always around 215 when I cruised. Well went for a physical the other day and was down to 205. I knew I lost some mass but not that much.

I'm currently on trt at 150 mgs a week. I don't blast anymore and the loss of size really put me in a funk. Recently had a baby so haven't been able to hit the gym or get as many cals in but still thought it wouldn't be that drastic.

I been having some digestive issues and now my initial thought is I have cancer or some disease making me wither away. Always has big body dysmorphia issues and this is hitting me hard

Anyone in a similar boat when dropping your dosages down?

Thats pretty typical with gear. Also, the less dieting(eating clean and surplus) and gym training it just speeds up the process of well, atrophy. The cell gets smaller if you dont feed it and use it. Shouldnt be that surprising I wouldnt think. Just gets harder with age

So you dropped down to your trt dose, you aren't eating as much as you used to and you're not lifting weights? What exactly did you expect to happen?

    Gains can be lost, Dude

Review your BW and go from there. You just had a kid! Take time and be with your family and do the best you can with food and gym time. I took an entire year off when my son was born and it was a great thing. You'll be fine and your weight/muscle will bounce back quickly when you can focus again.

Nothing to worry about. Start eating and training again and you will get back to norm faster then last time. Also I wouldnt call 10 pounds massive. Some of its probably fat you lost too. You are north of 200 pounds means you are not a twig still
