Prop Pain!
DAMN... my calve is killing me, I injected 1ml yesterday at 3:00 pm, and had practice this morning, not thinking much of it. Today I couldn't even walk straight. I was wondering what you bros think the best way is to ease the pain? I've read heating the vial is a good technique, but I think i'm going to start injecting delts and upper body only. Any and allll suggestions please !!
Oh, and I mixed the injection with EQ, 1mL EQ and 1mL Prop
Thanks

Usually spot injections are 1ml. Maybe you did too much in one shot.

you used 2ml for one calve? i would make 2 injections with that, half a cc of prop and half a cc of EQ in one syringe, so you will hit both calves with 1ml each instead of 2ml in one calve.

Bro...mix the prop with equal amount of sterile oil. 1cc each. Or add 1/2 cc to 1 cc prop and 1 cc EQ...This will help take the pain away...you can get it at www.researchkits.com

I wouldn't even shoot prop in my calf.
Stick to the quads, glutes and shoulders.
I injected 1.5 cc's of QV prop once in my bicep...NEVER again.

Try some Ice....Maybe some Ibuprofen or some sort of pain relief medication. If it gets all red and itchy or you start feeling sick ( dont panic) see your Doc

I remember shooting 2ccs of suspension in my calve... I said to myself "that went smoothly", then i took a nap. I woke up, went to put my leg down on the ground and i just collapsed onto my face. My calve hurt for over a week. I still love calve shots though.

Good to hear 3 days, that should mean tomorrow should be the last day, haha... thanks bros. Oh, and I'll try some sort of pain relief, I have been heating it - not using ice, I figure that heat would be most helpful for it helps circulation which is what is needed with juice, I can only see Ice slowing down the circulation and not allowing the test and EQ to travel anywhere.

What do you guys think of splitting up the injections to two locations every mon/weds/fri - .5mL prop in one glute, and .5mL in the other? I don't mind sticking myself a lot, I just want to limit this pain so I can play ball the way I should.
Thanks
