Those who do frequent injects, do you...
Wondering for those of us who do shorter esters like fina, prop, winny or even suspension - you guys shoot rotating spots (say R delt, L delt, r bi, L bi, R quad, L quad, etc) or do you normally stick to one area - say rotating delts EOD or ED. ? I have rotated as well as stuck to one area but I often figure that its better to have one area stay a little sore all the time than have every area a little sore - so this current prop cycle I am sticking to delts

Well, my EOD experience was with tren ...
I hit glutes, quads, biceps and triceps.
I would alternate on a left-right up-down pattern. So one shot would be left glute, then next one is right tricep, then next was right quad...
Worked quite well for me.

I'm doing prop ED right now and I'm sticking with the glutes.
I hate doing the thighs as I get the damn jimmy leg. Delts, bi, and tris are out since I have to use my arms everyday.Last edited by Money Boss Hustla; 08-24-2003 at 10:14 PM.

I must be a bit of a saddistic fool, I would always do my biceps or triceps on bi-tri day an hour or so before hitting the gym.
Figure if they'll be sore, I'll give 'em a reason to be sore!

I shoot fina ed and enanth 4x/wk (to spread out the oil) and I just use quads.

I did my right and left quad on Wed. and TH. with 50mg of winny and was walking funny yesterday and today. Does fina leave you as sore as win?

I rotate everywhere b/c i find i get scar tissue pretty easily.

theres no way in hell i'd ever stick to one muscle group.
if its anywhere near a longer type run, the scar tissue buildup is basically inevitable, no matter what youre shooting, or what guage youre using.
i also dont care if its a long or short ester....for example, i shoot enan and cyp at least eod also.
if your sites are getting really sore cyc, i'd suggest different technique bro...........hehe.

I am always running prop.. ED injections. I always rotate from Glutes-quads-delts. I never get very sore either.

The only time i hit the same spot more than once a week is if im injecting more than once a day (when i was running suspension it was 2 injections a day of that plus EQ + fina)

well, this round I am sticking alternating delts EOD so the same one doesnt come up but every 4 days andIm only using 1ml (thats why 200mg per is usefull) - so its no big whoop - still, my delts are not entirely happy with me come shoot time - nothing a hot shower doesnt mitigate but i think Ill work on it another week before I go back into rotation

When doing ED injections I inject in every mucle but the chest. I just can't bring my self to do it.....yet. This gives me more than enough time inbetween injections.

i go through any muscle group. delt, bi, glute, quads... depends on the BA contain also... i usually shoot painful AAS on friday so im sure that the pain would not fuck up my training (weekends = break)

I like sticking it in my glutes jk... couldn't resist i knew it would turn CYC on! anyway i rotate b/w glutes,delts and quads. I basically only hit one spot a week, but near the end i still build up scar tissue.

rotate delts/quads..glutes are so hard for me to shoot...maybe ill start tryin em aggain been about a year since i did em. Maybve cyc could come "assist" me. FI....i think cyc's gettin REAL excited now...hah big boy???

I normalyy stick to one or two muscle groups. I like quads and bi's. Although I thinking of switching to longer esters.

I am on an EQ, Prop, Fina cycle finishing it out with Winny, and I have to ED injections from the start and I am in my 14th week..I always rotate the site just for the scar tissue accumulation..Cyc, your delts must be having a fit with you..I just hope you don't build up a mass of scar tissue in your delts because that may cause you some problems down the road..Ouch!!! I prefer the delts, glutes, and quads..There are many other injection sites, but I wouldn't attempt to do them on myself..Hope it works out for you..

Full Intensity - you and PappaPump seem to be the ones excited about me thinking about your butts! Tho now that I am thinking about it, Iam excited about your glutes - specifically how if I were there I would shove my foot so far up between them that I could wear each of you as a shoe - but I forget, Nathan tells me you guys might like that

Im just curious does it really make the muscle group grow larger if you spot inject i have never tried it and what AS works best with this...... bdtr you are a crazy son of a gun i bet the traps hurt

I rotate between Quads, Delts, Glutes, and Calves .. if I can get my girl to start injecting me, then I'll start hitting Tris and Pecs.

I am not that adventurous yet, but I do rotate quads and glutes. Might try delts next, but am pretty happy with what I usually have going. There is a lot of area to work with in these muscle groups. I need to read up on spot injections before I give those a try.
