Stacking Deca and winny

i just picked up a 30cc bottle of winny and a 10cc bottle of deca , i am told to take 1cc of winny every other day, and 1cc of deca every 5 days, does this sound right to everyone? im new to the board and steroids , im 5'8" 200 pounds and have one year of experience in lifting, im looking to lose weight mainly but want some decent muscle gains also

Whats the mg of the deca and winny?

50 for the winny, and 200 for the deca , all this is completely new to me so any info will be great,and thanks for the fast response

Well even at a low dose of deca like that, the deca will shut ur body down hard. You should have some nolvadex on hand and some clomid for after ur cycle to get ur test back to normal. Do some more research before you start.

so these dosages seem alright or are they to low?, is novaldex and clomid controlled, or can it be purchased legally? any diet info or training info you have please tell
