yesterday I shot with a 1-1/2 22g in the quad is this over kill I have 27 in quads

or would a 1in more to the side be better

I have both sizes

Most say use 1 inchers for the quad shots, so if you have em...use em. Now if you ever were to run out and only had 1.5's then just leave about .5" out and proceed like normal. GL.

Yes, a 1" will do you fine.

I normally use a 25 G, 1" for all injections other than the glutes.
