How do you spot fake HGH?

I am a newbie to HGH and I am not familiar with the packaging to decide whether or not it is fake. My buddy bought Humatrope by Lilly. Here is a pic.

Agree with dizzle, do the pregnancy test, if GH is faked it's usually hCG

isn't there a way to tell from the packaging or bottle labels? when we look for fake test or deca , we don't conduct tests, we check for inconsistencies on the packaging.
