Clomid and Acne. Do you get it or Not?

Just wanted to hear both sides of the fence on this one ...

I have heard all the hype about Nolva being better (ongoing debate), but this first timer has decided to run Clomid for PCT. It can't be THAT bad, and if I don't respond well I can always use Nolvadex next cycle.

Anyway, just looking for testimonials on what to expect. Tracers don't bother me... but the "backne" is something that I fear/hate.

who gets it? Who doesn't?

Also, is it on your face, chect, back, etc?

Until I came back on after about an 8 month break, I had never heard of even substituting nolva for clomid..but to answer your question I have heard alot of people complain of post cycle acne while on clomid. Did not happen to me personally though and I have always been prone to acne

Run both. A hormonal imbalance causes the breakouts, not the clomid. If your prone to acne, the choice bet/ clomid vs. nolvadex will not make a difference.

And yes I did get acne post-cycle on clomid. Fortunally, its an individual thing. So some get it, some don't.

i ran clomid and nolva for 4 wks (was on deca ) and no acne at all other than the vision (which i rather enjoyed) i experienced no other sides.

It just seems strange that some people experience NO acne on 750 mg test (a hormone abnormality in the human body), but get bad acne after their cycle during PCT. I guess it's just all of the hormone changes rather than abnormally high levels, ie test way up then no test at all.

I'm going to run Clomid either way, just wanted to hear others experiences.

I started getting minor acne on my shoulders, back, and chest as soon as I ended my cycle of fina/prop. The acne was strange in that the effected pore never seemed to get a white head, just a red bump. Unfortunately, I do not know if the acne is from the change in hormone levels or the clomid. I will say that my nuts are back to normal, and I am just finishing the standard clomid pct.

Yeah, acnee hits me bad after I get off test. It's not the clomid at all. Goes with the whole hormonal imballance thing. I've gone off cycles and not done clomid or anything and get tons of acnee.

Exactly like that. I had a few extras so I kept going with the 50mg/ed for 4 or 5 more days as well.

clomid has always been a personal favourite as compared to nolvadex though... price being a 50% factor

Ok damn it now i am totally confused so from what i get here being as i can get nolva but not clomid i could use nolva for pct>>> and maybe some eca for a boost

Just finished the Clomid, no zits at all -they all cleared up after I quit the EQ and stayed away.

I did get light sensitivity at night, as if my pupils were dilated, but that was it.

Durring my cycle I hardley broke out then a few weeks into PCT I started breaking out. It took a good 2 months to clear up but it wasn't too bad.

I used Nolva and Clomid..... the brekouts were on my shoulders, chest, and some on my face. I guess it's part of the game.

Hmmm, thats what I'm experiencing now. I've been off of my cycle for almost 3 months and for some reason my shoulders and back are breaking out. I was beginning to think it was the GH I was taking.....

Dude, that's just the hue of the camera. You're skin does not turn red on testosterone !!!

if your BP goes up you can appear to be "flushed " at times. thats how some can tell if people are on juice by lhaving that red/ flushed look.

Yeah I got acne. But its not too bad. A little on the face after week 2, and some on the back of my arms. The ones on my arms sound like the same stuff sigrabbit has - small and bumpy and a bit itchy (because of dryness maybe?). Anyway, that is the worst of it. I just finished my 4th week, and never did get any of the fun sides like the visuals. Oh, well . . . I just get a little moody at times. But even that is not too bad. Tastes like shit though. That is actually the worst part.

that's exactly what I was talking about. I shouldn't have to worry abotu it, I guess. I have very low blood pressure, cholesterol, and heart rate. Even on AAS, I think I will remain in the "normal" range.

Can't wait to post before and after pics!

Damn, Dent Depot, I'm still waiting for that side effect!

I got really flushed and sweaty on EQ and my BP went from 140/60 to 155/78.
