False Packaging . . . why not?
Why don't manufacturers put their stuff in containers like rolls of Tums, packages of candy, or bottles of sun tan oil? Seems to me it would greatly facilitate international shipping.
I suppose there'd have to be some way for the end customer to tell what is what, but there ought to be some way to code that information . . .
Or has this already been tried?

Some do use very clever packaging ideas like you said. The prob all should.

That is a very good idea. I'm sure people have tried that when smuggling stuff from mexico. Like those "Safe Cans". The ones of oil or bug spray or something but unscrew with the open container.
