21 G needles !

Quick question...

I bought some 21 gauge needles to inject into my glute yesterday. Is it ok to use this in the thight too ? or will it hurt like sh*t !?


Could someone also plz describe how to inject yourself in the glute ?

No Longer Then 1" For Thighs. Thats What I Always Use. But I Try To Use 25g. For Thighs. The 21 Is Better For A Glute Shot

But I'm wondering...why do people use bigger needles for glute ? what is realy the reason?. I meen a big needle would hurt just as much in the ass as in the thigt?!

Well you can, but I see no reason to ever use larger than a 25g

Not true, there are fewer nerves and veins in the glute. We don't use bigger gauges, just longer needles for the glutes. I shoot with a 22 in the glute because the deca I was using was damn thick. No need to use a 21, but hey, its your ass.

I usually use 23G .. no way would I go larger than that.
