    honestly lou did have that great of body and he also was not super cut which made him look bigger I have seen natural guys that big, popping pills man I used to pop 20 supplement pills a while back

    I read an interview with Serge Nubret (sp) who took 2nd in the 75' Olympia (Pumping Iron) and he openly admitted that deca , primo and dbol were staples of all the pros. He went on to say that it was so experimental and there was no long term way to evaluate it. He also went on to say that in the Gold's locker room you could see needles sticking out of the ceiling because the guys used to use them and then throw them up like darts. No one thought anything about using AS because 1 it was legal and 2 it worked and there was no testing or regulation for such things. I believe I read that article maybe 2 or so years ago in either M&F or Musclemag. The guy was still in great shape!
