agreed with depdaddy....pretty basic cutting cycle, though im curious, why do you ask for it to be critiqued when you are already that far in? On a side note mite wanna run EQ for 12 weeks test for 11 and then winny 9-14 so it all clears out at the same time. you can start clomid the day after your last winny shot.

its working ok so far but there's no big strength increase as of yet. I just took another shot of 150mg winny to bump it up to 350 and see what happens. My diet wasn't to good until now. I went from 140-170grams of protien to 300. eating 8 times a day is a bitch so i eat 4 and drink 2 meal replacements

I wanted to see if someone would recommend tren because I have that to. My friends said not to add it because its to toxic therefore I came back to the board to seek some real advise from serious users. After I post the cycle I neglected to add this question. How and where can I add tren. And at what mg/week ratio? I do not have any bromo on hand.

I already started the winny so I cant change it to week 9-14. However, i did want your advise on adding tren ...what week and how many mgs

Tren I would use 1ml ed or at the least eod. It has such a short half life though that ed is best. You want your blood levels even, no peaks and valleys and I personally wouldn't run it more than 6 weeks although some guys run it longer and I have in the past. It is very toxic though and you will notice your urine is darker too if you don't drink enough water to keep flushing it out of your kidneys.

I'd extend the prop to 13 weeks. prop doesnt clear in 3 weeks, just a few days.
