    Final word on Cardispan? (Injectable L-carnitine)

    I remember reading some posts a while back about this product. How you were supposed to inject it into your fat deposits in your trouble area and it would help break down the fat and metabolize it. I'm not sure but I think maximus25 was trying it out. Well as of late i had not seen any posts since then concerning this product I'd like to know if it was worth it at all or just over hyped and if most of the results just came from doing the cardio. Anyone with a personal experience?
