    I was thinking of adding some oil based winnie next cycle, but wasnt sure if it hurt less than water. Do you or anyone know?

    no drinking for me yet, but gonna give it a shot coming december. shots doesn't hurt, only a little sore for the 1st day

    Ive done both, I like spot injections but when i feel lazy i drink it.......When, i mostly do spot injections with win but accasionally drink it......
