winstrol depot question

i just got picked up 15 amps winstrol depot (zambon) anyone know if there should be white paste stuck to the top of some of the amps ? tried shaking them but most of them it hasn't done any good. should this be there if so how do I get it all down to the bottom so it can be mixed.

also a few of the bottles are identical to the others except the top part of the amps are smaller? can anyone help?

It's a suspension rather than a solution, so the drug will settle out. It's fine. Just shake it up really good before you open the amp. Swing it bottom side away from you to get centrifugal force to put the drug back into the bottom of the amp if you need to. Draw it up immediately, inject it immediately so it won't settle back out.
