How much is to much? or to little?

Im on a 3 month or so of sust 250. There small vials that come out to be barley 1cc. I started with 1cc for the first 2 weeks now im doing 2, 1cc shots a week. What do you guys think about 2cc's a week? To much to little? Just right? Oh yea im 5'9 160 ripped. Im thinking about a anti estrogen to what do you recommend, and when should I start it thanks. Oh yea I did 2, three month cycles before one of t200, which I didnt like sore nipples are kinda scary, luckily went away. Last one I did was deca and sust.

500mg a week is just right... although adding 400mg a week of deca would be nice.

Get some arimidex and run it at 0.25-0.5 mg a day depending on how prone you are to sides.
