How long to wait between cycles?

If a person runs test, deca , dbol for 14 or 16 weeks, how long should someone wait to start another cycle?

    Of course adding pct

typical rule of thumb: time on + pct = time off

IMO if you get blood work done say like 10 weeks after your pct and everything checks out to be ok then i dont see why not getting back on.

What do you mean "checks out to be ok?

Are you refering to having test levels back between a certain range? like under 1200,, etc....

    sorry for the NEWB question...

its been a while since I poked and I really want to go back on, but I still have acne on my shoulders, and it is pissing me off

Best thing to do is get bloodwork done before you ever cycle...then get your results now and compare. Your base line can range. Assuming you didn't do that, I think you should just wait the time on + pct.

Also, acne usually means your hormones are fluctuating which implies you are still not 100%.
