Winstrol & test cyp

lets say I got some winstrol and test cyp; I'm in my 30's of average size, any cycle ideas or should I run it with Equipoise ?

Been lifting for 11 years, 32 yrs old; havn't done any steroid cycles in a long time..

what are you trying to do bulk or cut up ?

lets say I want to bulk
my friend wants to cut

if you wanna bulk :
d-bol 50mg/ed 1-4
test cyp 500mg/wk 1-15
deca 400mg/wk 1-15
i would get some anti-es too !!!
and clomid 3 weeks after last test shot !

if you wanna cut :

test prop 100mg/eod 1-15
fina 75mg/eod 1-10
winny 50mg/ed 10-15
clomid the day after the last prop and fina shot !
most guys would say to shoot prop and fina everday but if you're just getting back after about a decade you might not wanna shoot it everyday plus fina is some pretty harsh stuff (3 times stronger that any test)

not a good idea to bulk and cut in the say cycle ! you'd get much better results if you bulk first and obtain a good amount of size first then cut up that extra mass you put on! if you think about it if you try to bulk and cut in the same cycle you're going to spend half the cycle bulking and half cutting which means you'll only be able to obtain half of what you could bulking and half cutting rather than using a full bulking cycle and going 100% and then do a cutting cycle after and also go 100% instead of 50% bulking and 50% cutting !
