    Stupi Question

......ok Pheedno, let me have it.

Seriously, I already pretty much know the answer before I even ask the question, but I have to ask. As all of you know I've been out of the gym now for about 9 -10 weeks. I will be (hopefully) getting my shyte this week and starting back at the gym monday. Now here's the kicker... train a few weeks to a month or so without AS since I've been out of the gym for so long or would it hurt to jump on the gear as soon a I'm back in the gym? I have been running, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, swimming, etc. SO it's not like I've just been sitting on my rear. So what do ya'll think. I know what I probably should do, but the urge to do what I want to do is very strong here.

I would train first and let your body get used to hitting the weights again. If not you could end up with a injury. JMO

I'd say hit the gym clean for a couple weeks. I took some time off recently too and I was suprised how much strength I lost. Granted I got it back quickly because of muscle memory but I think it would benefit you more if you stayed clean for at least a month. Just my opinion though.. Good luck bro
