You can take it all at once without a problem.

But even though it's a 5-7 day half-life, don't do EOD administration.
It takes roughly 5x the half-life to reach steady state plasma levels, so doing EOD could slow the duration.

oh okay. but when you say it takes 5x the half-life to reach steady state plasma levels, were you only talking about nolva or anything? does it take clomid 5x the half-life also? thanks.

Same with clomid as well. Thats the reason for the 300mg frontload at the begining of PCT, and then the 100mg duration; it speeds up the process of reaching seady levels.
