    Depending what company, most of the time there is 1cc of bacterial water that comes w/ the kit that needs to be mixed w/ the powder. So if the powder bottle says 18ius on it and you mix it then you have 18iu in around 1cc. There are different types of kits and companies, i belive they are all different.

    Take Serostim. 18iu's per 6mg vial.

    3iu's = 1 mg x 6mg =18iu's.
