I was just reading in the educational forums, and there was some discussion about sust being junk because the blood levels go up and down too much compared to something like Test Enan.

I think this is false, Since everyone basically does 500mg/week, and injections every 3-4 days, that would give you pretty stable levels as the fastest acting esters are just beginning to drop, you would be doing another injection.

The thing is, you are only getting 30mg of prop and 60mg of phenylprop every 3-4 days. That is a waste of the shorter ester tests, but still causes a small spike in your blood test levels. Eod day injects keep the levels constant. If you want to be around 500mg/week, you need to shoot 1/2cc eod to maximize the benefit of sust. Enanthate is just much easier.

I agree with you that there is spikes in bloodlevels with sust, however they are only tiny little spikes that would make no difference in reality. Since it the small dosages of the fast acting esters the spikes would roughly be in the 10-20mg range.

The spikes can be dramatic enough to cause estrogenic side effects before the longer esters have been removed.

You can go 250mg E3D and still reamin witha pretty consistant release. But injecting less frequently in a person that is prone to gyno is asking for chances

How can I tell if i am prone to gyno before using AS? I remember when I went through pubrity my glands in my nipples swelled up a bit.
