Do you use creatine??
How many of you use creatine on or between cycles...I'v heard that it's not worth a crap, but some say they get good benifits from it...

I like creatine. I feel you need an off cycle of it every 2-3 months.
Its good for quick water retention and strength gains. Nothing permanant or phenominal but it is worth the money and time. Its about the only suppliment out there that I will use.

I use it with insulin .. Never seen any gains from it other than while on slin.

How do you use slin with creatine? Never heard of that technique. I use creatine all the time. I use creatine fuel stack. Works for me. I can tell when im off and on. I feel like im on a cycle of gear with it. I can honestly say if I had to go clean I can use creatine instead.

Good point Luv. I mean its not AWESOME, but I can tell when I am on vs when I am off. Maybe about 10lbs in my bench and about 10lbs of water weight.

havnt used it since i did my first cycle....bought a kilo of it but am giving it to a mate cos i just started another cycle.....might use it after my current cycle....

i like to use creatine, i can tell the difference when i don't use as well, i think it helps with recovery time more than anything else

I load with about 20 a day, 10 in the morning/10 post work out. After that I maintain with 5-10 grams post workout. I like using creatine on and off. Its a good boost while you are on, atleast for me it is.

I throw in 15grams of creatine, 10 grams of glut with my post workout shake and slin with 100 carbs as well as some BCAAS. Helps shuttle it for you and the results are great, beats any transport system.

5 grams a day for 10 weeks threw 14 lbs on me.. didn't lose any of it.

creatine makes me put on like 5 or 6 lbs of BLAH. i have used it, and it works somewhat, but goes away the second you stop. IMO, i wont bother with it anymore.

After loading for about a week, I go up about 8 lbs, but then have to keep drinking water cuz I'm pissin like a racehorse every 2 hours... At work, smokers get their smoke breaks, I get my piss breaks.
Strength goes up and the pump is like a light cycle. Not to shabby for stuff that's so cheap...

I felt "fat" while on creatine. I think I gained like 10lbs of all water. At least thats what it seemed like. My theory is they suggest you take creatine for 3 months to see improvements in your strength and weight, well in 3 months just by eating properly and training hard I can do that without the creatine. Just my opinion.

I tend to get extreme pumps when I'm on my cycle. The creatine seems to make it a little more than i can handle. I know I'm a puss but I like to finish my set when my muscles fail not cramp.

I'm a firm believer of creatine. I use it in between cycles. I fromt load for a week with 20g a day and then I maintain with 15. I use to mantain with 10g in the past but now I have definitely upped to 15.
It is the only substance that, for 2/3 months, doesn't make me crave for steroids .

i do not use straight creatine anymore. i did whenit first came out and i liked the quick weight gain but it is only water. nothing more. it will not stay when you stop. it is JUST WATER ... i have recently started taking a new supplement called trac. and i have to say it makes plain creatine look like sugar. the stuff gives me great pumps, super energy and the pumps lasts for a few hours. and it tastes great also. like bdtr said, creatine is only good while using slin. other then that it serves no purpose for me. and it rips my stomach apart.
