Hard Lump IN LEFT SIDE OF CHEST-HELP!

I need some help identifying whether this is gyno or something else. From my understanding, I thought that Gyno was just a fatty build up and causes a kind of itchy burning pain. I am picking up some Nolvadex tommorrow, how much should I take? Am I going to be able to get rid of it with nolvadex or just slow and stop the growth of it? Do you recommend anything else that is commonly available?

See a doc asap, I would continue but start with the 60mg of nova for sure.
